It certainly surprises me that at 20 years old looking back at my life, i do have regrets where relationships are concerned. But it is safe to say that before the regret there were insane times of happiness. I read a quote once that summed up my entire relationship with my first real love
“The worst way to love someone is to be sitting right beside them knowing you can’t have them”
Being so naive i clung on to a relationship that was never going to go anywhere and in the end it’s all about having thr strength to let go. If you don’t then you’ll lose yourself. I don’t regret, because in the grand scheme of things, my life has only got better and i am truly a very lucky girl. I’ve learnt a few tough lessons, I appreciate that nothing can stay sugar coated, even though i’d like it too.v
My most memorable crush was the young boy who stole my heart in an empty maths classroom at the thrilling age of 10.
